I really wish I had the name of my case manager on 8/1 at 8:00 am. I know this review will show for just the app, but DTA went above and beyond for me. This year has been the worst. In July, my benefits were turned off right after I lost my job. Due to the high call volume and scams, it is hard to get someone, but they will call you, and they will help you if you are patient! There are a lot of people in MA and even more that need food money. With time and patience, they absolutely are amazing!

Dta connect is a fairly decent app. Giving it 4 stars for the time being because I need to use it a little longer to really get an honest & true feeling for it and how it works. So far so good though.

The app is screwed and won't launch past the login screen, so I can't get my documents in. And the site is so confusing and practically just as useless

This system sucks because it keeps on asking you to login you log in can you go through the procedures, and he keeps taking you back and forth, and you never could get in

NO MATTER WHAT I TRY IT SAYS RECORD NO MATCH. HOW CAN THE AGENCY ID AND MY EBT # BE BOTH WRONG. I REMEMBER TRYING THIS A COUPLE YEARS AGO AND SAME ISSUE. I'm ALL SET. I'LL JUST USE PROPEL. NO ISSUES THERE EVER
