Nope: it doesn't notify you when you get a new message (and as far as I can tell, no way to even Access notification settings) and the Only people who can use it are people Who Also Have This App. I don't understand how it has 4.7 stars. It probably deletes negative reviews too. If you can see this: Don't get it.
