Worse service ever I tried to reedm the recept for emerits skywards, and it was two pages, and the app allows only one page. However, I put first page after 5 days they rejected it, then I put another page then also rejected it, then I tried to edit to make 2 pages in one photo to apply then rejected it and says it's out of date already, you guys taking time for approval or rejection !!

Map is useless as it freezes many times, in app navigation does not work 9 out of 10 attempts, cannot add stores to your wander list due to calendar problems (why must I link my shops to a calendar anyway???), needs Bluetooth connection for navigation, etc. Customer service chat is a joke, stupid bot only provides the same canned reply all the time... In such a maze as the Dubai Mall this app would be essential!! I deleted it. Worthless. Unworthy to Dubai Mall the most frequented place here

Navigation has become useless after the recent update, it doesn't work at all. It doesn't take you to current location, no navigation route even after selecting both start and end point, nothing works. Even store search is kind of waste now, doesn't work.
