I like that DB is rolling out order ahead. You get the points, so there's that. They have improved the app to order ahead and customize drinks. The app menu still doesn't include what all is in the drink, but my city has order ahead, so I just have to select it to know.

This app needs another make-over/update. I get they finally fixed the app for ordering online & shows the price online but only when their opened now. These changes have good & bad & at this point it's becoming irritating. They changed where you have to activate extra points which is a big inconvenient, a big waste of time & now the app just lags & doesn't add those extra points, so it's just false advertisement at this point. I don't want to have to report the issue every time so just fix it!!!

Dutch bros is great, but the app has gotten worse where it no longer auto activates for bonuses and dbl points so if you're busy and forget then no rewards for you

I love Dutch Bros especially when they stepped up their game and added the option to order ahead, but unfortunately I cannot order anything kid-sized in the app, so I end up wasting my time and walking to the window to order my kids drink...there's also no option to just order chocolate milk in any size... or a not so hot chocolate... and lastly, it would be nice to have an option for half extra sweet instead of just full extra sweet.
