I approached these investigations with the knowledge I gained from high school, and I have been out of high school for 30 years. It's fairly simple to navigate as you toggle through the different options you become more familiar with the app. I even used Google alongside their reviews of certain stocks just to get more incite on the performance of some options and the projected performance. I hope you all do well. Just relax and evaluate what type of risk .you want to take.

Thanks for some of your services, I appreciate them. I just want to suggest giving users options to replace VIP/Symantec authentication with SMS phone two-step verifications. Please also provide Windows Hello verification for Windows users instead of using VIP/Symantec. To be clear, just provide these security/authentication technologies as options and not the replacement for VIP authentication. Thanks.

I liked E-trade before they were bought. The charts and earnings tabs had abundant information and the news articles were interesting, not just informative. I've also tried to set up a custodial account 5 times online to no avail. Looking to move my accounts elsewhere.

Can't believe the 1099 B from Trade can't be imported into my Turbo Tax for my 2024 tax prep. They provided a paper copy and afterward I merged 2 brokerage accounts but now have to manually report the subsequently closed account. I will try to figure out with Turbo Tax and a purchase of Quicken if I can export my PDF into this year's taxes! 😢

I would have previously given a much higher rating, but it seems like since MS acquired trade they can't provide accurate data. Charts and graphs frequently won't display properly sometimes I have even run into situations where a company's Financials will be displayed in thousands in past years and millions in the current year making difficult to do YoY comps. They also frequently display incorrect dividend yields on preferred stocks.
