★★★★★ I think E-Central banking is awesome because they let me know of any upcoming changes that are going to happen in the near future. My nearest bank is quite away from where I live but thanks to the mobile app I'm able to do all my transactions.

★★☆☆☆ This is probably the worst credit union ever: glitchy app and website, not many services offered at the ONE branch they have or online, it takes on hour+ just to speak with a customer service rep, they are still using covid as a lame excuse to only be open 3 days per week, and when you get there they are rude and not seem to communicate well, also they only have 2 reps working at a time, I took my money out and closed my accounts.

★★☆☆☆ This app is absolutely useless. It won't even launch. All I get is a pop-up saying "an error has occurred". Trying to use on Android 11. About to find a different credit union with a better working app. E-Central needs to do better.
