Bought a few months ago, sat unused finally opened the box, and it was pre-charged and ready to go. Connected right away to s23+. Used 10 or 15 minutes... super clear camera. Wow there is a lot of hair in there. Even gave warning while using "don't touch ear drum". How did it know I was close? Not sure why other Android users are having problems, but I know it can be frustrating. Perfect for me.

Piece of junk. Doesn't work with Android despite having LOCATION ON, Bluetooth ON, Wi-Fi ON, why the location, go figure, but restarting phone and charging ear tool, never worked, never connected, using Moto G Stylus, product does seem solid and the tools I like. But useless product if it doesn't connect to phone. All other products were either charging for shipping even when it said free shipping, I will be returning since I can't use it.

Great product terrible software Android. Product is what you would expect with DIY ear cleaning tools. The basic tool even has 5 extra soft rubber tips. However, the tool doesn't connect to App on Android. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note. Have all the permissions allowed and still no connection. I cannot use the camera and software feature which was the main reason for the purchase. If this product cost more than $10.00 don't buy.
