This app works exactly as it's supposed to & enables me to keep track of my spending. Balance is updated in real time, I'm able to make mobile deposits, transfer funds between checking/savings & cross transfer to another account I deposit too occasionally. The security is top-notch & while it can be frustrating at times, I appreciate knowing it's to keep my account secure. A quick call to my local branch quickly takes care of any issues.

Y'all need to start showing pending transactions, and fix what is going on, every time I log in, a handshake error pops up and want to let me log in...

I'm not sure what happened to this app in the recent update but for some reason I can no longer log in. Every time I try to log in I am forced to change my password then get sent to the log in screen where the new password doesn't work. I have to use the old password to log in, and then I get sent to the password reset screen. This process repeats indefinitely until you are locked out of your account from too many failed log in attempts.

The Mobil deposit is a joke. After 30 min I still can't make a deposit. Never takes the picture just acts like the check isn't there. And also does see the entire check, so it won't line up with the gray box. At this point I'm done with the app Mobil deposit is the only reason I have the app, I balance my check book regularly.

This whole system is absolutely terrible. After trying for hours trying to get my security questions reset, my password doesn't meet requirements. The last password I tried was "Q2E4t6u8o0-_<>'"... HOW? How does that not meet any expectations for a password?!?!? Go to a national bank, pay the fee, and get better customer service than this.
