★★☆☆☆ I have had helly experience with this app these days. Can you imagine I bought credit two times on this app, the money was deducted, and I received mobile money alert that it was deducted and paid, but I never had the pin to recharge my smart meter? Up till today I have not received the pin. I have done everything I can but to no avail. The app doesn't even have a complaint facility for my kind issues. I vex rough!

★★☆☆☆ The app needs constant improvement please.... I could see my monthly prepaid statement, but now I can't. Shows nothing. The only thing I can now use the app for is to purchase prepaid and even that, it doesn't show the balance. I still need to go to the meter to check balance
