Update 12.19.22: version 5.19.0 still having the bug where when dictating it will kick me out to the login screen which then deletes everything I just dictated on that specific patient. If I hit last text it doesn't work. This bug has been there for a month and is driving me insane. Pro-tip if you're doing a long dictation, say 'select all' or tap+hold select all and copy just in case Old review (2020): Mobile Scribe dictation is amazing, works amazingly well, fast and accurate. Love this app.

Ever since my pixel updated to upside down cake, ECW doesn't work at all. I've already complained and nobody has done anything about it. 6/10/23 Google just released a revision on upside down cake. ECW still doesn't work on it. Is ECW even addressing this problem?

The app is unfortunately even buggier than the desktop app, which is impressive. I can log in about every 3rd try, and then you get to hope that the info will load. I can see that a patient has called the office but rarely can open the encounter. Overall not a terribly useful product.

App still incredibly broken and errors have been here for years. Constantly can't scribe notes due to "error: the datela entered contains unsupported special characters: Please remove these characters and scribe again" There's no indication what those characters are, it's random when this happens, but you can't finish notes when it does

I'm a new ECW customer and was excited to be able to use a mobile app with my EMR. Sadly I'm terribly disappointed. First, when I enable biometric login (fingerprint) it sticks for a couple of logins then reverts to PIN. Second, the lag time between when I tap an action and when it is executed makes the app almost unusable. Please fix this app to make it worthy of your EMR.
