Very efficient and optimal way to love around the city. Stations are perfectly placed to where ever you plan on going.

Absolutely efficient. It can improve navigation but yet the app is very good. The CDMX government needs to widen the area where the bikes are found.

The app works pretty well on Samsung devices. The bikes are generally in a good state, however, there are a few exceptions. Docking them, however, has its issues where you kind of have to fork the bike hard for it to register it. Other than that, it's saving us over 5000 pesos a year in transport, great option!

Used as tourist, works great. A few tips: FNBO MasterCard worked but not others. Make sure you see the green light on the rack indicating it was returned (and get the text/email) otherwise it is not returned, and you will have penalties. If you go over 45 minutes, you will be locked out of future use until you resolve. Best way to manage issues is gone to an in-person kiosk, there are 2 on Reforma- one by the Angel, one by 202 Reforma, not by phone/email! Ciclovia is every Sunday 8-2!!

Bikes are worse with time, most don't work as expected, and the app will sometimes get stuck trying to unlock a bike and when you try again it makes you wait 2 minutes and gets dyuck again. Trash service.

Worst experience I've ever had with a bike rental service. They suspended my account because of some sort of technical issue they had, and now it's virtually impossible to get it to work, and I lost one day of vacation trying to fix it. They're unreachable, and the website is useless, the customer service isn't working. I tried everything available on the app and website but nothing has worked. This is ridiculous. Since they have the monopoly they don't care.
