Total scam. They undervalue your goods, and pay up in peas. Scam artists to the least I should say. Guys named Asif will come to your place and will totally rape the value of your produce.

Requesting pickup in Cassandra, Rajarajeshwari Nagar ASAP! We have lots of clothes to recycle, but Eco Crew isn't available in our area yet. Please arrange a pickup service this week or month. Introduced my brother to Eco Crew, but location constraint is a hurdle. Help us recycle and keep our community clean!

Horrible experience, booked their service. Pickup was scheduled between 10am to 2pm. So many issues - 1) Pickup driver Inzy did not call to inform about the delay. 2) Called pickup driver 5 times at varied intervals, and he never answered. 3) There is no customer care number to call and inform about issue or receive any update. 4) Raised a service ticket, and then they updated stating the assigned driver fell sick and assigned a replacement driver who also never called (Company Culture perhaps)
