The app is ok. Just ok. Not even good, but. The system is what amazes me. I just got on the bus and already there was a misunderstanding. Imagine if you've booked your trip 3 weeks ago and got the seats and then get on the bus to discover that other people have also bought your seats, because it was possible for them to do so. There are no discounts from Warsaw and in Lithuania, there is no customer support, because when I tried calling and wrote email's they didn't even respond. Yup, Eco lines.

Hey developers))) I want, for example, to buy a ticket not only to the destination, but also to return from there. So I can not go alone, but for example my wife and children. Why not add these features when buying a ticket? Your rating is 2.9, and now I understand why. You just released an unfinished hack, not a product.

I bought tickets for me and son, but in the app I can see only my ticket. Before payment there is no way to recheck dates and other tickets information.
