This app is a complete waste of time! I messaged and got no response whatsoever from the clinic. Not even a reply saying anything! Not sure exactly what the problem is! The only thing I could do with the app was look at test results! As far as the communication with the clinic and staff through the app was a joke! No one ever replied to me about anything I inquired about!

I get messages concerning something that took place weeks and sometimes months prior, or I get a message concerning a server error.

If the app actually worked as intended. Can't cancel or schedule appts, and now I see they're going to charge us for sending a message to our doctors. Is that not one of the purposes of the app? Guthrie has been sliding down hill a long time now, these little things are making up a giant hill of why Guthrie can't be trusted.

Ever since this newest update, it won't let me update my information, schedule and appointment, or so anything else. Nothing loads at all, just says error.
