Was easy to use, and you could see location of taxi, and driver number and plate of car and type of car

Very Rude Driver & Worst Service The driver was very Rude and made us get down from taxi and did not drop us off at our destination. I will never use EKO taxi again, and I will ask other not to use as well.

1 point bcz of one of the drivers, who was very rude, impolite, unfriendly,
a hater of kids, a complainer. I prefer drivers who do not talk at all than
such a complainer in Kraków. Such an unpleasant trip/experience with Eko
Taxi, made me never even want to book your taxi. Thankfully there are other
options in Kraków.
