It doesn't allow me to do the most basic thing, login.

Stay away from this paper, and their paper... they won't refund you, even if you cancel the same day you receive their notification about auto-renewal. The newspaper is full of advertisement, barely any news. But the worst part is trying to cancel the subscription. Their online platform doesn't work, doesn't show your subscription information, and doesn't let you cancel or stopping the auto-renewal. Even worse, they have some out of the country service and simply follow a script. Stay away!

The digital offer they sent me various times to subscribe is misleading. The app and content available is one of the worst I have experienced. I could have gotten a better offer for a much enjoyable experience with the New York Times or Washington Post. I am seriously considering canceling my ENDI subscription, even if I lose the money I paid for it. Their app is difficult to navigate and frequently stops working.
