Really irritating that the cancel button on any dialog box is lower right, when every other app puts the proceed/confirm button there and cancel on the left.

My only issue is I cannot remove pumps from my favourites. I believe this could be because the pump is no longer available and so you cannot open it to un-favourite it. Out of my 10 favourites only 4 are now still there!

Appalling app, service and system and because it doesn't work properly is trying to take double payments out of my account. It was useless to set up and unclear how to work it. A shame that they are allowed to function when you have no choice to use them when out and about in an electric car. Will avoid using ever again. Not impressed at all.

This app is just awful, unlike other charging apps you can't 'top it up' instead they place a £12 hold on your account, they may only take what they are due eventually, but it means the entire £12 is no longer available in your account. Ecotricity have their chargers at most of the motorway services, if you are going long distance you may stop with them 2 or 3 times each time they reserve £12 when you may have only used £7 or £8 total even worse each time a charge fails they still reserve £12
