Great financial app, and great for savings but 1. Their articles are misleading. I read an article that explained how you can customize your names for your investing goals, and after I purchased premium and contacted support, it turns out this feature is long gone. 2. Ellevest is not an official bank, so this app is not compatible with connecting via Plaid to other banks. I emailed support about the issue, and they never responded.

Don't download this app. It is a scam. From my own experience with false advertising, as well as the reviews I have read. They close your account or make it, so you can't access it the minute you put a significant amount of money in your account. Also, they require you to attach your actual bank account (not a card) before you can add any false 'promo code' and if you don't have a bank that supports plaid you have to give them your bank information. It's bad that they don't respond to bad reviews
