Very easy to use, but I hate the idea of having to keep an amount of money as a minimum payment. Customer support is very good, the app made an unauthorized payment after I left a parking lot, I contacted support, and they replied instantly returning the paid amount.

Very good system. The only improvement I would like to see is providing you are within your 3-hour limit that you would be able to move from one location to another. Ie one hour main car park, then straight after 1hr el porter road. As someone who has difficulty walking it would be helpful.

App works for parking, but it scams you in the process. €2 for parking, asks for your card details to pay, which you assume is €2 plus app "booking fee". Nope, without warning it takes a €5 min charge to "load your account". I now have €2.73 left in my account that I didn't agree to, and have no use for since I only needed it one time. I'll use contactless on the machine in the future, I don't like being misled and scammed.

Won't work with foreign credit cards (I checked with my bank after card got declined, and they confirmed it's a merchant-side problem). Also, repeatedly asks you to confirm your age, and the scroll-thing to select date constantly messes up, preventing you from picking the right date.

Warning - you get billed for other users. If you often use rental cars or company cars, anyone who later uses that car can then bill your account. There are no safeguards to prevent anyone from billing any amount to your personal account. Their customer service does not care and refuses to help, reflects any responsibility and not willing to add security features to prevent unauthorized billing of your card
