At first, it wouldn't work at all, and I couldn't even log into my account so i actually just use the website, and now it's working really well the only complaint that I have got is for some reason it's not letting me book a video call session with my partner keep on saying that there's a problem with it and to try again later on then when I try it says it again. And im actually not sure if it's the jail being lazy or thel appl sent emails n haven't gt anything bk

I find this app only works when you fill out information via the website. I've tried to add a person, and it wouldn't work. Also book a video session, and it doesn't work.

Waist of time this they don't get the email till they can be arsed to give it to them then for replying well u have already seen the person and spoken to them u pay for a reply and don't get owt back fed up with complaining and foning up and even that's pointless talking to them, they carnt do nowt over 2 weeks now waiting for them to send me his reply, and they have them cos he's gave them to them just lazy and ignorant don't waist ur time and money u mite as well send them money to phone u

It says you can send pictures, but you can't, got a leaflet from the jail which says send pictures as well as emails, there is no option to send pictures, not online version either. The app is rubbish. It don't show my reply either. It won't let me book virtual visits either so best to stick with online, also I can't ever top up on the app. You still need to go to goggle and search email a prisoner and top up that way. On the app you can't select an amount, waste of time
