The app won't let me log in. Won't let me reset my password. It always has an issue and if it wasn't for the fact I can't move my money I would go somewhere where they care about the quality of their product because Empower doesn't care about their app. The app has been bad for years and at this point it's ridiculous to think that a company with the capital they have can't afford to at the bare minimum make an app that works. My sweet lord what the heck Empower. 0 stars

Awful... average attempts to login in is about 25. When it looks like you finally succeeded, nope, your session times out so logged off even though you were only logged in for 1.5 seconds then start the whole mind-numbing process all over again 1 star isn't low enough how in God's name does this app have a 4.4 overall rating I call BS

It does not give great confidence that the holder of my retirement funds seemingly cannot make a functional app. Can't log in with fingerprint, even though the option is there, it takes it and does nothing. Then when you use a password it takes minutes of trying before it actually logs you in. It's been like this for weeks. Fix this!
