★★☆☆☆ The app charges for visits even if your medical package covers them - useless, Enel med advises to book visits via call center

★★☆☆☆ Logs out suddenly, but keeps sending notifications nevertheless. There are no clear paths to get some things done. Waiting list feature is laggy and not easy to set up. Should be more useful, I hope you're working on it.

★★☆☆☆ No option to book e-visit in cities not linked with my home location. It should be a convenient and fast way to book a visit especially e-visit, but instead I must manually switch between cities or contact the call center. That makes the application useless.

★★☆☆☆ I can not access the waiting list section. Preferred the old version. Notifications not working Annoying in general as there are no visits available and when you call the help center suddenly there are :-(
