Update 07/25. To their credit for the time being, the app and my home unit are still working fine. Old app much better. Agree with what others are posting. I miss detailed info that the old app had like charging volts and amps. On the plus side, I have had great customer service with them on past hardware issues, and the migration problems I had going to this app.

Yes the company is offline and the servers are offline, but the app still works fine with Wi-Fi. You can still monitor the charge rate schedule, things change the charge rate and a bunch of other stuff. You just can't connect it to servers.

I have tried cancelling this for the last. Few months. It never works. I have never charged my car as it never works, and I have tried cancelling this payment 10 times. And it doesn't cancel. I am paying 3.99 every month for nothing. !!!!!!! PLEASE CANCEL.MY SUBSCRIPTION

No more start button to charge the car after the last update. No more history charging. Nothing. This is no more a SMART charger. Should cost $50 and not 600. Customer service doesn't exist. Impossible to send any messages or email to them.
