This is my 2nd unhappy experience with Nanowire salon for a haircut (prior appointment taken) I was not informed that I had to pay extra for hair wash or advised to wash hair before coming to the salon. The lady at the reception "Shraddha" informs me that she assumed that I know about it. Please stop *assuming*there is a term called *asking* please put into practice to inform clients even if you'll think the clients knows. Let the discussion be transparent than getting into assumptions.

I HAD WRITTEN THIS REVIEW LAST YEAR STILL THEIR BEHAVIOR DOES NOT CHANGE. There is no sync between the app and the Staff. DO NOT VISIT THIS PARLOR AS THEY ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND INSENSITIVE. If I could give ZERO THAT'S WHAT I WOULD DO. PATHETIC SERVICE. MY NECK IS STILL HURTING DUE TO THE WAY MY HAIR Color AND SHAMPOO WAS DONE. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. FOR SUCH A HIGH PRICE IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH TO VISIT HERE. I AM GOING TO ENRICH SINCE 20 YEARS BUT THIS Parlor BRANCH IS THE WORST.
