I had very horrifying experience once, I rented a car from airport and after driving for 5-6 km the car had some problem and cannot drive further. I called for a help in the night at 9:40 the towing vehicle came around 12:15, an almost after 3hrs. I called 9-10 times and Every time the answer was "the person is on the way". The towing vehicle driver had dropped me at train station far away from my destination at 01:00 midnight. No replacement vehicle was given by this company.

Great Inn app deals but is a shame that if you want to extend there is no way to do this in the app. You then have to phone the branch and get charged live prices that's are a lot more expensive. Would make more sense if you booked in the app you can also extend this way.
