Very unfriendly user experience, the app asks you to register again with the same information you already gave to create the insurance (which should be available once you give your insurance number). It doesn't even display any information about your insurance, it's just to report claims by sending pictures of the expenses. It's the minimum effort just to have an app.

Terrible application, I am trying to register and despite being a member of En vivas he is saying that I cannot register to the application with my birthdate... This is ridiculous

Stuck on splash screen. Shows "envivas Krankenversicherung AG" and nothing happens until the screen turns off after a while. When I turn the screen back on, even the "envivas..." text is gone and the screen is all white. When returning to the app a few minutes later, it displays a red box with the text "Bitte versuchen sie es später normal".

Mediocre service. Cumbersome App for submitting claims. It is very restricted and only PDF are accepted. Still no answer two months after submitting. After 3 months I only received partial answer. No answer to emails either.
