★★★★★ Mostly works for what it's supposed to do. Keep in mind that if you have more than one device with this app (phone, tablet) then the device that you authenticate this with Epic first will be the primary device, meaning the other device you can still use, but you will always have to verify the push message on the first device every time. Other than that, if you use some sort of biometric (face or fingerprint) to authenticate, it may be hit-and-miss depending on the make and model.

★★★★★ THIS APP IS NOT FOR EPIC GAMES!!! Most of the negative reviews are from gamers trying to use this authenticator on Epic Games. It is for Epic Health Systems' electronic health record system, and works just fine for its intended purpose.

★★★★★ To the other bad comments on here I have to sadly disagree this worked perfectly fine for me with no set of error I do recommend it for verifications if you don't have a pc

★★☆☆☆ Awful Authenticator more like: security codes will not work. Sat here using 5 different codes and each one were not working. Don't waste your time with this app.

★★☆☆☆ It doesn't work at all. I scan the QR code from the browser on it PC, then enter the security code into the browser, and it keeps telling me the code is invalid or expired.
