★★☆☆☆ Very bad experience with this bank. As the mobile app never worked I didn't use the account. However, by mistake 30000 has been deposited in my account through GPay. Now they are saying my account is dormant. It's okay. But the main problem is they are saying to visit nearest branch to activate my account, and I am from West Bengal, and they have no branch in my state. They sent a form for online KYC and I reverted it But again they have started the copy and paste answer asking to visit the branch😀
