★★★★★ Love the alarm system very easy to set up and operate. It would be nice if you could set up a chime zone, so you can tell if some goes into the garage etc. when alarm is off. Also, when setting the alarm on the key pad it would be great if it gave an activation beep.

★★★★★ Very easy to use. The era protect range of products is very good.

★★☆☆☆ Batteries in siren failed after only 2 years, only noticed when flashing blue lights stopped working. Why does the alarm not warn low battery? Same comment for PIRs and door contacts. Supposed to be smart alarm. Had hoped the new app would resolve this issue.

★★☆☆☆ App causes numerous problems. Currently, I cannot log in with it, can only log in with original Protect app. Trying with this app locks my account and I need to reset my password. Was able to log in previously which then stopped it (& Protect) sending notifications from alarm and doorbell to my phone. Now the Protect app says my hub is offline so can't update firmware (despite legit email from ERA saying it's needed) All is fine on wife's iPhone! I'm on Android 14 & latest version of both apps.

★★☆☆☆ Had recently experienced issues with viewing someone else's cameras from within the app.
