★★★★★ This company gives me good insurance at decent rates, and they are available when I call them, to change my policy or add a driver to my policy. They will also call my car financial companies and give them the documents needed to make my driving experience possible, They make it very easy in the mobile app on safe driving issues saves me money and gives me discounts and money back rebates. And I had a vehicle toad, and it was easily done with the app that they offered.

★★★★★ App just stopped working. Won't go pass Erie screen, I don't know what happened but can't get app to work correctly anymore. I've uninstalled, force stopped it, re-installed it but nothing works. Had to go to the website just to pay. Now I see I'm not the only one with this problem. And since I just re-installed it, I should have the latest update. Erie has resolved this problem fast, and I'm happy with the outcome.

★★☆☆☆ I tried to log into my app, but I can't get past the Erie insurance screen

★★☆☆☆ Starting with the most recent update I can no longer login on the App. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but continue to get the error: "We're sorry. An unexpected error has occurred. Please restart the app and try again" each time I try to log in.
