It will not let you sign up or in and the help desk is of ZERO help

Downloaded app, everything started okay. After a month went back into the app was locked out for non-usage? Tried to log back into the app today app won't even open.

Horrible app, I can't even create a login with the information being requested. So they don't answer phones' return calls left on their voicemail, and now you can't even get a hold of them on this app or online worst workers comp insurance company ever. I'm going on 2 months since my injury and 0 progress on their part.
