Really surprised to see such a low rating for this app, as it's very functional and does what it says on the listing....mostly! I was able to link up the smart padlock without any issues, and create a unique name for said padlock. Remote unlock worked as desired, though true remote unlock isn't a function sadly! Two functions that fail to work, after many attempts, are unlocked notifications & unlock list (say for exporting). Hopefully this can be resolved, as it is a bit of a key feature ;)

Very easy to use. Nice ability to add and remove fingerprints. Minus one star due to two issues. One, for some reason the log of fingerprint unlocking does not have time stamp but the Bluetooth unlocking does, why? Two, the software requires the lock to be near and activated (finger pressed) to read or update it. Why do I need to touch activate/wake the lock to use Bluetooth to unlock it? Bad design.

Perfect app, easy to use, very functional, just sometime Bluetooth not working well, cannot detect the lock, but fingerprint still able to unlock the lock.

Managed to register and get the lock connected to the Bluetooth with little issue, but once I open the look on the app to add fingerprints, the app crashes. Tried restarting my phone to see if it would get it to work, but it did not. Will happily up the score of this review once I can actually use the app properly. Until then, I guess I'm grateful I got a lock model with keys.

The product and the software are very versatile and easy to use. However, I can only give 2 to 3 stars because the battery in the padlock cannot last long. After 6 months, it deteriorates very fast and need to be charge very often (every 2 to 3 days). I dare not use anymore because even with full charge, the padlock does not have the power to be unlocked fast. It unlocks in slow motion and gives me a feeling that it might be dead soon. I don't want to be lock inside my own house.

App is a POS. Would not allow me to register on phone. Lock that was purchased in and requires the app, is now worthless.

App says full battery, Bluetooth says low battery, I wish the directions would let you know what is correct, Bluetooth says needs app, app says connected, you touch something on the app then says disconnected. Directions should be more clear on how to connect. Need an answer not a run around.
