LA fitness/esport is kind of a pain to manage payments with or to get information on fees charged, etc. Especially for people who cannot go to the gym during 9–5 hours when "someone can help me in person". Information, payment changes and cancellations should be accessible through the site, app, or over the phone, just like it was like during COVID. Just taking advantage of people and letting them pay their membership dues anyway.

I believe upfront pricing and different plan options need to be transparent. They are not. Hired Stephon as my trainer. Since we had three sessions together I can not give an accurate rating. What I will do is tell you I am a 100 % disabled veteran. I needed a trainer due to my balance issues. Stephon listened and developed a plan for my core strengthing. He is attentive and a motivator. We are bonding well. I will update quarterly progress. The facility is not as clean as when I started going.

Terrible customer service. When voicing my frustrations calmly without raising my voice about not using gym membership and trying to cancel it (only can do it in person... I was out of town). Their manager got an attitude and became very short with me and ordered me to sit down.... in the middle of me talking to her. They treat customers awful, and no one has responded to my complaint in email. Unethical, worst management. Do not go here it's a trap

This is the worst club in the world, the worst managers, the worst staff, and the members that are in love with bad management and staff harass you along with the bad staff and managers. I do not know where ever I go in the city people know the problems that I have had at LA fitness. This is truly the worst club with the worst staff and managers. The district manager wants to revolt my membership because I want roll over and play dead. The whole organization is losing membership, money and I do

Really disappointed with the administration. Recently the club at Parsimony got closed, and the members were asked to move to la fitness in East Hanover. Also, they refused to refund the initial advance payment which was deducted at the time of joining.
