We like it. It does its typical glitches like any other thing. But we barely ever have issues. I just wish that it would state business names when transaction shows on the account. That way if something is off we can address it immediately.

Was working fine. But today I got ” A error as occurred please call for assistance". Reached out to them, and they were very helpful because the app backend was down. My suggestion is to have an error that is more meaningful to the end user. Example :. Service currently unavailable. Try again later. Much better "then an error has occurred please call for assistance."

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times it doesn't help.

Instead of telling us to call for assistance, why can't you just tell us on the reviews on how to do it when we can. I don't have time to call because I work all the time. I have a lg phone and no matter how many times I uninstall the app, is there another app that we can download??? I even tried clearing the cache and data, it still won't do it.

6/30/21- still works ok Still can't see the checks after they are deposited. Gives an error every time, no matter when the deposit was made. 5/18: account updating is better. Upped daily limit to $1500, still not good enough. Ally Bank = $50k per day! Get with it essa. Small regional bank, pays more % for their stock dividend than they do for accounts. Symbol: ESSA
