I have a one-year subscription to essence magazine. I downloaded the app and was able to see the first magazine from my subscription. The second magazine came to my home and I also got the notification that it was available in the app, but when I click on the magazine, it comes up with options to purchase the magazine, a 6 mos subscription or a 12 mos subscription. It will not allow me to view the digital copy. It only allows me to see the very first magazine in my subscription. FIX IT PLEASE!!

I subscribed to both the digital and paper versions, but I'm only getting the paper copy. I emailed CS about this because the March/April issue will NOT load, and it's almost May!
