I used the EthioDirect app to send money(€100) through CBE Birr (mobile wallet) on Saturday (02.11.2024). But the recipient hasn't received it yet. And the money has been withdrawn from my account already. I used the receiver full name and phone number to send the money. I usually use Western Union app to send money to an account or mobile wallet and the money is received the next day, if not the same day. The support link under the profile menu actually closes the app, hence can't get any help.
