Additionally, their vehicle insurance policies offer comprehensive coverage with various options that can be tailored to individual needs and budgets.

★★★★★ Easy for me to renew my car Takaful. I would recommend others to buy and renew car takaful using this Etiqa apps.

★★☆☆☆ Live chat took more than half hours to connect. Before connecting successful, apps log out by itself.

★★☆☆☆ Failed to register in the app, stuck at loading page. Bad chat system, cannot resume session if accidentally returned to app home.

★★☆☆☆ I have problem when submitting my claim. It shows please wait and then nothing happen until at the end it says my connection has lost and I have to submit again. Very disappointing. No use paying monthly if the apps are lousy.

★★☆☆☆ Not helpful live chat, and claim submitted no progress at all for more than 3 weeks
