Useless app nothing working on it, can't see my orders, whenever I try to press on the always asking me to login but I am already logged in. When trying to order something and going to cart to check out, same useless loop and can't do anything. I am pretty sure I used this app previously, and it worked, for now I had to put my orders from phone through browser platform as the app is not working.

Broken app. Try to click and collect, and it just doubles up the items in the basket, without ever letting you get to the checkout. Tried ordering online and says all items are out of stock when the app says they're in stock. Uninstalled and will just wait for delivery from Autodoc.

Although the telephone agent was very helpful this issue has not been resolved. The Ireland import duty was approximately 90% of the product price and should only be 10% so big difference. The postage was also charged at over double the price I requested ???? This makes shipping to Ireland an absolute no no !
