First experience very good, although I think having only 30kms included and a cost of $.30 per extra km makes it expensive at the end of the day.

Overall all very smooth. Few minor issues with connecting my payment method and contactless card, but phone support was excellent and resolved everything quickly. The car had some scratches, took photos and send them to support, called them before driving the vehicle. Must do with any car rental. So I really don't understand all the negative reviews here. I recommend taking out separate insurance that covers the excess for damages tho as ins included could end up costing u 3000 if u damage the car

If the idea was to reduce the bureaucracy, they failed big time. Easier and faster to rent a car directly with big companies or similar apps. A shame. Tried to contact the customer service to offer feedback just to encounter a robotic answer.

Stupid app, they did not accept my drivel license for no reason, it is old, but there is a number on it. The customer service agent was totally unprofessional

Super buggy app with even worse customer service. Rented a vehicle (which looked like it had been in multiple accidents), the vehicle wouldn't start, tried to call customer service and road side service for 45 minutes, but nobody answered the phone. Tried to end the reservation and rent a different vehicle, but because the vehicle won't turn on, the reservation won't start, so I can't even cancel it through the app. Who designed this @&?! Thing?
