★★★★★ All worked well. There's a bit of issue navigating between personal info setting and booking. For ex., I didn't see where I out in that I am a senior passenger.

★★☆☆☆ Mostly rubbish. Frequently does not work as it should. Doesn't work when you need it to - like when a train is cancelled & you need to book another, or when eurostar changes your seat & you want to change it again to suit your preferences. Doesn't inspire confidence in the service.
