Stay away from this! None of their scooters work. Complete waste of time and money UPDATE: Their response to my comment are standard corporate excuses. And apparently they do not even have the competence to answer in English. Some of their scooters work obviously, but statistically you will get an inoperative one or the app won't work.

Absolutely terrible app and experience using Euskooters. After taking a shooter from the hotel I was unable to end the ride ANYWHERE, even in the stated parking zones on the app. Instead of charging you per trip like Lime and other mobility apps, you're forced to top up your account with money, if there is any change left over you cannot withdraw this, I've tried contacting Euskooters about this multiple times but no one has contacted me! Overall I had a very bad experience, would not recommend
