I've been mostly pleased with this app. It's convenient and intuitive to use, and it makes it easy to do things like check in people who attend your events. The only real issue is some of the functions you might expect to be here are only available on the Eventbrite website.

The most recent update to the format and interface of the app feels like a downgrade. I can't look at all my orders concurrently now and have to spend a few seconds each time clicking on each individual event to look at the orders. This makes it really difficult and tedious when finding orders in recurring events. Another thing is that I can no longer find past events and orders from previous events. Either that or there might be a new way, but it is not user-friendly.

The website and application seem to be designed in such a way that you have to jump back and forward between both in order to set up an event. This seems mostly accidental (buttons that do nothing or pages that don't load) but there is even one button on the app that explicitly tells you that "The app doesn't currently support payment options. You can set or edit this information on the Eventbrite website". I would FAR rather one of the platforms worked fully. I'd Sam more but character limit.

I set up my event details on the computer, but left it as a draft. Then I published using this app, and almost all the information I had entered is gone. Now I have to basically start from scratch. It erased my images, q&a, agenda. Very irritated.
