(Poland) Most shops don't have all items available listed and if some items are out of stock they are not updated in the app. For 5 weeks the shop I order from doesn't have one thing, and it's always shown as available, and I'm getting weekly baited to try to buy it hoping it's back in stock. Those should be updated more frequently and shops should have proper list of items they are selling not just some of them. Aside of that Shoppers are really nice and communicate regarding any replacements

This is my second time trying everli, and I am really happy with the services they offer. I was called last time when an item wasn't in stock and my shopper was super friendly.

I made in the online platform Everli a big order for more than 190 euros last day. (in Italy) The experience was terrible for several reasons: 1- the delivery arrived 1 hour later after the time that the delivery supposed to be done. (nobody informed me that the order will arrive late until I contacted the service myself at the last minute) 2- in the bags I discovered that 23 items were substituted and most of them were not accorded with me (the products were chipper than the actual price I paid) 3- the 3 boxes of fresh fish that I ordered were about to expire in less the 1 day 4- some products (like oranges) weren't delivered because the courier said she couldn't find them in the shop (but I checked and in fact, I found 5 different types of oranges in the same shop) 5- some products weren't delivered without asking if I want to substitute them with any another similar item (like ice cream - I believe if there was no 1 type of ordered ice cream then for sure there were others - but no one asked me if I wanted to substitute it) 6- after I connected support to reimburse the difference of evident wrong count of paid cost - they proposed to me only 15 euro of coupon. When I asked why this value (even from given examples it was evident that the overpaid value is at least 30 euros) - they asked me to send photos of ALL wrong items (so next hour I spent to send a photo of 23 !!!!! Products) After that, they refund me only 37 euros. Once I asked why this amount and after another douse of emails they realized that they didn't check the photos very well, so they refund another 10 euros. 7- after that, they explained to me that I should compare the number of items (or their weight) but not the price that is written on the product to the cost paid because even if they sell those products under Esselunga brand store they charge a percentage on each product. (My question is who gives the right to do this? Looks like cheating? Or you sell the product saying that they are identical to the well-known store, or you give a choice of the products with your own price without identification to the well-known store). The worst online experience I could ever have.
