Some real improvements. The UI is decent, and importantly the ease of charging has improved, with nearby chargers coming up quickly, and the handshake between car and charger happening much faster than before through the app.

A nice improvement over the old application. The best new feature is the addition of the charge percentage display. This makes things so much easier. You can tell at a glance how much charge you have. Now, if only we could have the charge rate, it would be 5 stars. Being able to see the current kW charge rate would let you see when the charge rate starts to reduce. This helps you decide if it is worth continuing to charge at a reduced rate or if it is time to disconnect.

I love the ease of using my evie card when I am at a charger. Drive up, plug in, tap the card, and charge away. I don't even have to use the app except to check on my progress as I am charging. App is easy to use, and adding my evie card, when I received it in the post, was quick.

Horrible uer interface. As someone who is well-educated in technology, it takes way too long to find a "start charging now" button (while already under stress about low on battery). Hint: when you see a message about bringing your own charger cable, grab the message with your finger and swipe the message up to reveal the button to start charging.

Have to reinstall the app each time I need to charge. The QR code scanner does not work otherwise. Charged 3 times in one trip - all times had to reinstall the app.

Multiple attempts over 3 days to finally get my 'confirm your email address' email. Is there any wonder there's always queues at charge fox and never anybody at evie chargers if we can't even create an account. You need to be at least 5-10% more competitive on your pricing.

Terrible experience. Chargers not accessible. Talked to CS. Trying to understand someone whose first language is not Aussie english while traffic going past meters away and glare from Sun. She told me to find someone to help me. I am an amputee not suffering from brain damage. To pour vinegar on the wound they have taken away the disabled parking for private Evie chargers. Will just have to rely on my home wall charger.
