★★★★★ Good app easy to use and handy to know your credit score, although I don't understand why it goes down even if you haven't applied for credit, but it's handy

★★☆☆☆ App generally okays but have to turn off ALL qpush notifications because I don't want/need loans or credit cards from Experian and there is no way to segregate these.

★★☆☆☆ This is rubbish. I've been getting notifications telling me that my score has changed and on the last occasion, that an account has been removed from my credit report. When I try to log on to see what's going on, I get a message telling me there is a fault at their end and I should try again later. I get this message if I try to connect from within the email as well as if I try to log on in the app. This has been going on for months. If I try th contact us button that doesn't work either.
