Easy to upload receipts for claims but sometimes not very clear on what claim was denied and for what reason if you submit multiple claims at the same time.

The app is easy to use however I wish it would just keep the two-Factor authentication as the standard. Every time I log in it prompts me to send a code via text and I get the code and I log in, but then it tells me my device is not saved because I haven't picked a pin. I don't want to pick a pin because I will forget it. I wish there was an option to just always do two-factor identification as the default.

Frustrating to use and despite fixes to the app it's more frustrating than last year's version.

An option to add comments it's needed. Now days receipts for payments do not include the service, but even when you include copy of the statement that goes with the receipt it gets denied. Also, trying to upload a receipt for a service is a pain. Even when its says receipt needed, it does not give you the option. This app is frustrated lacks competence.

I have everything set up for direct deposit for reimbursement, but I have yet to see any money deposited into my bank account. I double-checked that I have direct deposit checked. When I click on the claim, it says "paid in full" and "check". I can only assume I will be getting a check in the mail...someday. Grrr! Today, Jan. 14th, I went to pick up meds at the pharmacy, and I still am not able to use my Health Equity flex spend card. It's been 2 weeks! What is the hold up? Incompetence!!
