The food is great and so yummy! Very filling even with being a box for health. I've been using Factor for 6th months and think there has only been like 2 times that I didn't feel full. My only complaint is every once in a while on the broccoli dishes they give literally 3 to 4 pieces of broccoli. I've had that happen enough to rethink get dishes with broccoli even though I love it.

Factor’s auto-billing is frustrating—meals reload every week without preapproval, and by the time I try to skip, it’s too late. There’s no reminder before charging, making it easy to get stuck with unwanted orders. Skipping or canceling feels like a hassle by design. The food is decent, but the subscription model is sneaky. If you try Factor, set reminders or risk being charged for meals you don’t want. A simple pre-charge confirmation would fix this.

Beware! Food is good, but app is buggy, & company practices are shady. The quality doesn't justify the "full price," & they know this, so they use sleazy tactics: Gift cards are treated like credits. Credits are also given for signing others up. But, they do a promotion/reward system too. You can't use credits while a promo is active. There is ALWAYS an active promo. They held nearly $100 in credits hostage until I had Support remove the 10% promo. Really disappointed. It initially seemed great

Portion size very small. The chicken meals were pretty good. Just need more veggies and sauce with meals. Meat portion ok. Too expensive to pay regular prices! One step above chef brand TV Dinners, and they have bigger portions! I don't want to pay that then we are still hungry-we then eat a bowl of cereal or ramen with it!

Do not use!! There business practices are so shady I don't even understand how they can still be in business and haven't shut down. I have received probably a third of my boxes, I'm out A HUNDRED of dollars, and it's been weeks that I'm waiting on refunds. STAY FAR AWAY
