I strongly believe this app specially designed for the benefits of the owner. Also, this app has lost of bug which help the owners to win money by cutting hours. Alos if someone doesn't clock out bye any chance they show -4 hours from your 8 hours of schedule which is horrible. The if you work more hours and clock out it doesn't automatically add more hours.

Poor in features compared to online version I can't even see my team's holidays on this. It's a glorified contacts list and a section for me to add my own holidays. Disappointed to say the least. Hoping to see my employees holidays calendar like in team view online.

One of the worst apps and platforms ever. I don't understand the 4.9 score here, I don't want to accuse them of anything but something is definitely off. Most of the features are not functional, or partially functional. The stupid app and website asks for 2FA code every one or two days, despite using the same damn phone and device. You can't edit the damn time off request, or even delete it for that matter. Even the pending ones. I will strongly suggest to our company to change the HR platform 🤦
