Easy to chat with the teacher. But, while it puts my wife and I on one chat thread, it doesn't show me her messages, or her my messages. But we both get responses, to either of us, from the teacher.

I downloaded this app, because my sons school now wants to use this instead of Dojo. Me and my husband haven't being able to use the app, we kept getting screen asking us for a class code, when I ask the teacher for it, she said she doesn't have one, that the school just set it up without giving her a class code. She said she sends an invitation text to all parents, but we didn't got one, so we can't see anything on our sons class, messages or announcements. I contacted support and they were 0 help.

Notifications don't work. I shouldn't have to open the app every day just to see if there are any new messages.

After installing the app, I never received the verification code to enable the app. I've reached out to Talking Points Support email multiple times and have not heard back. Very poor customer service. We have no way to communicate with our kids' teachers. I wish our school had stayed with the remind app instead.
