Easy to use. Tickets on the phone. No waiting in line at the theater. Your seats are locked in.

The only problem I have with Fandango is that when I try to give the film a star rating, I'm always having trouble connecting and when I tried to leave it alone either for a few hours or a day later, the rating option is off. For example, I've watched The Goonies 40th anniversary and when I try to rate it, it said it was had trouble connecting and I should try again. So I've waited a few hours to the next day only to find I couldn't rate the film anymore.

The app and website both have a lot of pain points and are confusing. What's this $5 convenience fee? Convenient for whom? And it's supposed to be waived if I sign up for their free trial, but it's not. And the $5 off after four movies, it's tricky. You have to use points to buy a coupon code and select the movie you will use it on. Is the movie you want to use it on not an option? You are out of luck... but not really. Lie and you can get the code and use it in a different movie. It's ridiculous

The app itself works fine, but the amount of times you have to say: "no, I don't want this extra offer. No, I don't want to sign up for emails. No, I REALLY don't want to sign up for your subscription" is absurd. It's also asinine to charge a "convenience fee" for me to order online tickets. You also cannot put a gift card on your account, it HAS to be used at time of purchase. I had a gift card to redeem, but this will be the last time I use or recommend Fandango to anyone.

The fees are crazy "convenience fee" yeah aren't convenient for whom? More like an inconvenience fee heres an Ad for you"you can't make it to the theater that's too bad try our inconvenience fee where we benefit off your shortcomings"
